How to apply

1. Clean
Wash hands before and after treating the wound. Clean the wound with running water or with a specific cleaning product such as Flamirins®

2. Dry
Gently pat the wound dry with a clean cloth.

3. Treat
Treat the wound with Flamigel®. This creates a moist environment that is beneficial for wound healing.

4. Cover
If necessary, cover the wound with a sterile non-adherent dressing and replace it daily.
Where to use

Superficial skin injury
The most common everyday injuries are minor wounds. Whether you have taken a fall on your knees, hands or elbows – grazes can be healed at home by using the appropriate products.
A graze is a superficial skin injury and can be a single scratch or a grazed area of the skin. Only the top layer of the skin is affected causing slight damage to the nerve endings and blood vessels.

Minor wounds
The most common everyday injuries are minor wounds. Whether you have cut yourself whilst chopping vegetables or while gardening – cuts can be healed at home by using the appropriate products.
A cut is an opening in the skin which has been caused by a sharp object such as a knife or scissors. When the skin has been damaged, various structures such as blood vessels or nerve endings will have also been damaged and bleeding will often occur.

Superficial Burn

Sunburn
The most common everyday injuries are minor wounds. Whether you have burnt your skin lying, walking or playing in the sun and have exposed your skin to the sun for too long – sunburn can be treated at home by using the appropriate products.
A sunburn is often only noticeable when it is too late. Excessive exposure to the sun UVA/UVB can cause burns, e. g. sunburn. The skin is red and painful, small blisters may appear on the burned areas and skin can start to peel.
